Shamanic Meditation & Spiritual Development with Matthew Greenwood (4 Week Series)
Matthew Greenwood will lead a guided Shamanic meditation for expanding your awareness and opening yourself up to your Higher Self and your Guides. He will also pass on messages to individuals from their Spirit Guides plus he will be doing a series of different spiritual development exercises each week.
Finally he will discuss how we can maintain our energy and align ourselves with the changing Earth frequencies.
