Wise Woman Within You Zoom Circles

We’re excited to bring you Circles, on Zoom! Held on Monday evenings once a month, these virtual Circles are a great opportunity to make time to check in with yourself, in a space of no judgement, where every woman is embraced as she is.

It’s time for you to be heard by other women as you share, sometimes from a deep space, sometimes just how life is at the moment.

A time of listening to your heart and other women, of sharing and receiving.

In our Circle we hear each other, we may not always agree and that’s OK because we are real! Eye to eye, shoulder to shoulder, heart-to-heart, womb to womb – even virtually over Zoom.

These online Circles are a Wisdom Circle- a space to connect, be held and heard, to drop in and check with yourself – how are you? A space for reflection and perhaps review.

Following a guided meditation, we will share, woman by woman, how we are travelling in life. Just be heard, no advice given.

We then ponder a question or two based on where we are in the Lunar and Seasonal Cycle, depending on the time and the flow… using journaling as a tool to reveal our inner wisdom from deep within.

To finish as time allows, we will share again any insights that have been revealed, one by one. You are always welcome to “pass” in these rounds of sharing, it is a respectful and caring space for all. We often have laughter, tears and always connection.
