Join us for another Women’s Wisdom Weekend at The Farm for Wellbeing and be “Nurtured by Nature”

What’s included for you:

You will develop and expand your Self-care, your connection with Self & with the Earth with experienced practitioners who will guide how to practice this simply and beautifully.

8 Participants – Intimate setting for you to feel held, heard and safe

Plus 5 women Presenters: Jacqueline Iles, Tiffany Schultz, Nic Smith, Kate Broderick and Joan Carpenter

All of these women have been practitioners and presenters for many years with vast experience to share with you.

**Self-catered – BYO Friday dinner, lunches, breakfast for Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday night is a shared meal so bring a small meal to share. Label all ingredients please.

Endless cuppas & snacks provided.

Friday 4:00pm – 9:00pm

4:00pm Meet/greet/settle in

4:30pm – 5:00pm Farm tour

5:00pm – 6:00pm BYO dinner

6:30pm – 9:30pm Joan Carpenter – Experience the power of the Wise Woman Within You Circle:  You are held and heard as you share from your heart in a safe, confidential and nonjudgmental space. It is powerful to experience if you haven’t sat in a Circle before as you may hear from across the Circle the words you have been needing to hear for your own journey. A time to share and be heard.

Saturday – Full spacious day: 7:00am – 9:00pm

Including shared dinner – dinner together builds connection and community. Bring a small meal to share. Label all ingredients please.

7:00am – 8:00am Jacqueline Iles – Yoga

Jacqueline is an Ayurvedic practitioner and Yoga teacher of more than 20 years. She loves to share to Wisdom of these sister sciences with women to deepen their connection to self and their health and wellbeing.

8:00am – 9:00am Breakfast: Self-Catered

9:00am – 1:00pm Jacqueline Iles – The 5 elements of Nature and how to nurture your self via these elements

Join Jacqueline to discover the depth of the 5 Great Elements that make up our Universe and our human form. Discover your elemental make-up and how to nourish and nurture yourself with knowledge of what your individual body, mind and spirit needs. Jacq will share how to use food as medicine according to the 5 Elements to create inner balance and deep nourishment.

1:00pm – 2.00 pm Lunch: BYO – please bring a light healthy lunch.  If weather permits you will be able to sit outside and enjoy nature and the bird songs!  Stove top/oven/microwave/refrigerator available for your use plus all crockery/cutlery

2:00pm – 5:00pm Tiffany Schultz – Rewilding through Belonging

Human Rewilding mentor Tiffany Schultz from Conscious Lifestyles will take you on a 3 hour experiential journey using 3 deceptively simple but profound ancient practices capable of deepening your connection with and belonging to the land and wild nature. Activating a journey of remembrance from this lifetime and beyond, in the bushland area of the Farm for Wellbeing. You will learn and experience a vision-expanding awareness practice, a way of walking like a tracker through the landscape and a nature connection practice (sit spot). Tiffany will also facilitate a rewilding sharing circle towards the end as sharing stories helps to embody the experience whilst connecting with others over our shared practices. Bring clothes suitable for all weather and closed in shoes.

5:00pm – 7:00pm Shared Dinner: This meal together builds community and connection. Bring a small meal to share with all ingredients labelled. Thank you.

7:00pm – 8:30pm Nic Smith – Dry brushing, Breast Care and Massage plus Yoni Eggs – how to choose and use

Each woman will learn how to easily do her own body care so she can continue this routine into her daily life.
You will receive a free Body brush, Breast Oil & “How To” Booklet plus a Yoni egg and a booklet about usage.

8:30pm – 9:00pm Joan Carpenter – Checking In Circle

10:00pm Lights out encouraged 🙂

7:00am – 8:00am Tiffany Schulz – Rewilding through Belonging

Another Sit Spot using your new skills at sunrise Sunday morning to solidify the practice at this ideal time

8:00am – 9:00am Breakfast: Self-catered 

9:00am – 12:00pm Kate Broderick – Embodied Spirit Peaceful Mind

Come explore Self on all levels in a safe and nurturing space, in a place of reflection and healing. We will weave together embodiment and mindfulness practices, connection to nature and spirit, and learn about the relationship between mental/emotional well-being and physical health.

We will deeply explore mind-body-spirit approaches to improving mental/emotional well-being amongst the challenges of our current world. Through living in a fully embodied way, we fully call our spirit and purpose for being into the here-and-now and have access to clearing emotions stored in the body that hold us back in our expansion. Come join us and gain a higher perspective and practical strategies for a more peaceful mind, fully connected with your body and spirit.

12:00pm – 2:00pm Lunch: BYO – please bring a light healthy lunch.  If weather permits you will be able to sit outside and enjoy nature and the bird songs!  Stove top/oven/microwave/refrigerator available for your use plus all crockery/cutlery

2:00pm – 5:00pm Joan Carpenter – Guided Meditation at the Labyrinth – which is a contemplative walking meditation. And Closing Circle at the Sacred Womb (weather permitting)

A time to share and be heard as we conclude our weekend together, gathering the gems received and wisdom learned. Receive a gift from Joan.

Includes afternoon tea grazing platter.

What is provided:

🌺All seating in the Hearth Room (workshop space) including cushions, chairs, blankets, etc for comfort.

🌺Yoga mats and cushions, chairs, blankets for outdoor workshops

🌺All cuppas & snacks provided for whole weekend including all milks, honey, sugar.

🌺For your BYO food: on site refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave. All crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

🌺Filtered rain water.

🌺Fun and lots of shared wisdom.

Please bring:

🌺For your overnight stay: Linen for a single bed, doona or sleeping bag, pillow/slip, towel, toiletries for dormitory accommodation. Or are you camping? Let Joan know please
