The Farm for Wellbeing

Autumn Newsletter 2026

Hello Dear Friends of the Farm

We hope this finds you well and harvesting some delicious fruits and vegetables in your garden – may that be physically or metaphysically! I say this as I feel it is vitally important to take time to check in with ourselves amongst the business of Life! What are you feeling really good about at the moment? What is a blessing in your life?

For me, even though we do have some intense times, I truly love what we do and offer here at the farm. The people who we meet, watch offering their passion in life, have as helpers, and this very Land are truly blessings in our lives. And, of course, my family. We recently welcomed 2 more Grandchildren! Yah!!!

We were a venue for the Adelaide Fringe and just finished a month’s worth of vibrant quality events! Including live music in our Amphitheatre and outdoor stage area. Fabulous – this is according to feedback as well as the great time Urs & I had!!
The amazing artists that provided the music and voice were of exceptional quality! We had a rich program of ecstatic dance, vibrational healing, meditation and reverence, open discussions about domestic violence, the witnessing of one woman’s journey over 50 years including her Rites of Passage and Rewilding experiences. All of this live, front and centre. Some truly unique experiences were had by the many who attended!

So, now, as we head into Autumn, I would like to remind you that we have just had Autumn Equinox (March 20-21) – a time to check the balance in one’s life on the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and any other level. This includes body, thoughts, beliefs, patterns, spiritual practices and more. What is staying and what needs to be released…for balance? What truly resonates with you as you are Now??  Pause, reflect and ask yourself at each of these points.

Today is the Full Moon. Perhaps it will further illuminate what is a blessing and what needs releasing…it is worth taking the time to check in with yourself even with your family about these aspects. Often, we think but do not actually say things. When we can feel safe to speak up and be heard by the other it opens up some very important discussions, maybe even the heart opens more.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and for supporting the farm. It means a lot and we truly appreciate this connection.

May Life flow well for you and we hope to see you soon.

Sending you joy, peace and kindness,
Joan and Urs
