Fringe at The Farm

The Farm for Wellbeing is thrilled to be a venue for the Adelaide Fringe 2026 with “Fringe at The Farm!”
Adelaide Fringe is the biggest arts festival in the southern hemisphere that transforms the cultural fabric of South Australia for 31 magical summer days and nights throughout February and March. It is an award-winning global icon that values diversity and inclusivity, having won the inaugural award for Excellence in Accessible Tourism at the 2023 Australian Tourism Wards.
We have three shows offering sessions for a number of dates from 20 February through to 21 March: Forest Dance Adelaide, Tribal Sound Journey and I am WILD (Perimenopausal) WOMAN.
Be a part of the excitement of Fringe at The Farm 2026 on the land amongst the trees and feel the joy of these offerings in a natural setting on The Farm for Wellbeing.

I am WILD (Perimenopausal) WOMAN: Wild | Untamed | Raw

Set under open sky in a natural amphitheatre, this performance is part powerful transformational storytelling, part physical theatre, and part rewilding invitation. It traces one woman’s journey to reclaim her wild-self and earth-based belonging — navigating her purpose, struggle, regret, and existential crises — on top of the rite of passage that is perimenopause.
