DESCRIPTION:Matthew Greenwood presents a 4-week series of  \nShamanic Meditation & Spiritual Development. \n  \n  \nMatthew will lead a guided Shamanic meditation for expanding your awareness and opening yourself up to your Higher Self and your Guides.
