DESCRIPTION:Join Matthew Greenwood of Greenwood Spiritual Journeys for a Medicine Wheel Workshop. It will be held on the land of The Farm for Wellbeing on Sunday 18 October. \n  \n \n  \n  \nThe Medicine Wheel\, also known as The Sacred Hoop by many Native Cultures\, has been used for thousands of years for healing\, ceremonies and spiritual connection. \n  \n  \nIn the Medicine Wheel Workshop we will be looking at sacred meanings of: \n* The Four Directions \n* How the cycles of nature teach us about our growth \n* The four stages of Life \n* Our connection to the Spirit World \n* How to walk with grace on our Sacred Path of Learning \n* The power of Ceremonies \n* Making a Medicine Wheel \n  \n \n  \n  \nDate: Sunday 18 October 2026 \nTime: Arrive 9:30am for 10am start.
