DESCRIPTION:Join Matthew Greenwood for Drumming for Celebration and Healing at The Farm for Wellbeing on Sunday 28 June. \n  \nNatural rhythm flows within us all. Our hearts beat to a rhythm\, we walk to a rhythm\, many aspects of our daily lives are done to a rhythm. \n  \n  \nWhenever we hear drumming\, we begin to move to the universal rhythm inside us all. The drum can connect your heart to your hands\, and all of a sudden\, you are improvising and talking with a drum. \n  \n  \nWe become the instrument; the drum becomes our voice. With drum circles\, we connect beyond the music being played. The nice thing about drumming is that anyone\, no matter how old they are\, can sit right down and have fun playing on a drum with other people. \n  \n  \nWe join together musically. The result is there is no distinction between you or me. We just all sense the feeling of the one song we are creating in the moment. \n  \n  \nThis was the tried-and-true approach of the elders who would begin their gatherings\, and ceremonies in this fashion.
