DESCRIPTION:Join us for a full day of healing\, connection and discovery in one of the most peaceful settings in the Adelaide Hills under Grandmother Tree at The Farm for Wellbeing for a Systemic Constellations Workshop. \n  \nGrandmother Tree\n  \nHave you ever felt an emotion that doesn’t seem to be yours? Found yourself stuck in the same painful pattern\, again and again\, without knowing why? Sometimes what we carry isn’t from our own story at all – it’s inherited. Unspoken family secrets\, old traumas\, and hidden loyalties can quietly block the flow of love and energy through a family system\, echoing down through the generations until someone finally turns to face them. \n  \n  \nThis workshop offers a gentle\, supported space to do exactly that – to step into the healing work of Systemic (Family) Constellations\, and move toward clarity\, love and freedom. \n  \n \n  \n  \nWhat to expect at the Systemic Constellations Workshop: A full day (10am–4pm) outdoors on the farm\, under the shade of Grandmother Tree Space for 3-4 full constellations Experimental introductory exercises for everyone to explore the work Tea provided\, with kitchen facilities available to warm up food Chairs provided – or bring a cushion/yoga mat if you’d prefer to sit on the ground \n  \nCost: $150 \n  \n \n  \n  \nWhat to bring: Your own picnic lunch Layers of clothing (weather can shift outdoors) Sunscreen\, a sun hat\, and plenty of water A cushion or yoga mat\, if you’d like to sit on the floor \n  \n  \nThis is a beautiful opportunity to slow down\, connect with others\, and gently uncover what’s been asking to be seen in your own family system. \n  \n \n  \n  \nVisit The Farm for Wellbeing Events page for more events.
