Hello, I’m Jacqueline Iles, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Teacher with over 20 years’ experience.

I specialise in Women’s Health helping women nourish their nervous system and balance their hormones naturally to create more energy, health, ease and joy in their lives.

I offer individual Consulting and Mentoring; Yoga and Ayurveda Retreats, Workshops, and Online courses for cleansing and to thrive through Perimenopause and beyond.
