Illuminate your Inner Essence is our motto, and we believe in simplicity, focus, and the joyful journey of finding and unlocking our highest potential.

Why?

Amidst the constant stimulation of our dynamic and modern world, it can be easy to find ourselves adrift.

Often, we are grappling with the many external forces and influences around us, and because of this, end up unfocussed and scattered, overwhelmed and in conflict with our own values, visions, and goals.

In this information-saturated era, there is scarce time to assimilate what we absorb, leaving our internal compass of wisdom, clarity and freedom of action undernourished and out of practice.

We end up in the rat race!

So, what do we do?

Here at Luminescence, we believe in coming back to the basics – focus, vision, connection, expression, and authenticity.

To do this, we create and offer spaces, containers and practices where spaciousness can occur, bringing that internal compass of wisdom and inner knowing to the surface.

Through spaciousness of mind and body, we take a breath, let go and come back to our truth.
