DESCRIPTION:Sacred Journeys with Arnda is coming back to The Farm for Wellbeing with Ancient Sounds with Sacred Cacao. \n  \nAn immersive journey into Sound and Vibration. \n  \n \nThis is a space for you to simply receive. \n  \nWe’ll begin with Sacred Cacao\, gently opening the heart space and preparing you to receive\, before settling down and allowing yourself to journey with the Ancient Sounds. \n  \n \nAncient. Profound. Vibrational. \n  \n  \nThe Ancient Sounds with Sacred Cacao journey begins with the deep resonance of my beautiful large A foot bowl\, the first note you will hear. Its vibration is felt through the body\, resonating upwards through the chakra system and inviting you into the sound journey. \n  \n  \nFrom there\, the ethereal tones of the Tibetan singing bowls wash through and around you\, inviting the busy mind to soften as your brainwaves begin to move towards the calmer states associated with deep relaxation and meditation. \n  \n \n  \nThe low frequencies of the gong can be felt as much as heard\, its vibrations moving deeply through and around the body. \n  \n  \nAs the mind quietens and the nervous system begins to settle\, this deep state of relaxation can help reduce stress and stress hormones\, creating space for the body’s own natural self-healing processes. \n  \n  \nDifferent layers of ancient and ethereal sound will be woven intuitively throughout this immersive journey\, allowing the experience to unfold in its own natural essence. \n  \nPerhaps the sound will take you deep into the Earth\, somewhere galactic\, or into the deeper layers within yourself. \n  \nThere is no destination and no expectation. \n  \n \n  \nAnd as the Ancient Sounds with Sacred Cacao journey draws to a close\, the medicine drum begins to beat in the rhythm of your heartbeat\, gently calling you back\, back into your body and back into the present moment. \n  \nAncient Sound.
