The guide outlines the Archetypes of Wise Woman (Water), Amazon (Wood), Goddess (Fire), Earth Mother (Earth) and Alchemist (Metal). You will learn how to use these archetypes to support you in your daily life.
Each Elemental Archetype also includes details regarding the Colour identified with each archetype, the Season and the Emotions associated with it as well as the Organs of the body most affected by it.
